Honoring the Past, Forging the Future

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that focuses on control, pinning, and submissions (such as choke holds and joint locks). It looks to utilize leverage and positioning to redirect and overcome larger opponents, and it is traditionally practiced in a uniform called a gi. No-gi BJJ, a form of submission wrestling, is also popular due to its success in the UFC, ADCC, EBI, and various other competitions.
